What is life coaching and how it can help you?

A coach who believes in you, in your goals, your dreams, and your potential even when you don’t see it for yourself.
Coaching helps broaden your perspective and look at yourself and the world around you from different angles.
Coaching helps understand every action and reaction you do in your life from a very deep level. Awareness of your current mindset and diving deep into where those beliefs come from can help liberate you from restricting yourself and self-sabotage.

My coaching philosophy is to meet you where you are at the present moment. Understand your way of thinking, your goals, and your vision. Understand your healthy and unhealthy patterns and habits, your fears and what motivates you.
I guide you to create achievable goals and create a roadmap for success. I’m here to help you overcome any challenges that show up along the way. My life coaching style is not like sports coaching where you get told what to do. Instead, I ask a lot of deep thought-provoking questions that help you find the answers within yourself. I may share some of my experiences just to broaden your perspective but never ask you to do what worked for me because we all have different paths. I also guide you to listen to your intuition and follow through. I’m there to hold space free of judgment or criticism for you to speak the truth even when you’re scared to admit it to yourself. When I notice my client getting off track with their goals, I hold the big picture for them and get back on track.
I truly care about my clients. I get so excited and proud of them when they work on themselves and are willing to get outside their comfort zone to learn, grow, achieve their goals, and be happier, and at peace with themselves and the world around them.
My clients are PEACEFUL DOERS. I believe by working on ourselves, and showing up as the best versions of ourselves, everyone else around us benefits: our families, our co-workers, our community, and the world. We have the power to make the world a better place for all of us simply by working on ourselves and then teaching forward.
Life coaching sessions one – on – one
Depending on the client’s needs and goals, sessions can be from one time on an as-needed basis for 45 to 90 minutes, one month, three months, six months, or a year.
Weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions can be scheduled depending on the client’s short or long-term goals and schedule. Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes unless agreed otherwise.
Coaching sessions can be in person in my office in Kill Devil Hills or online through live video.
My coaching schedule is 9 am to 3 pm eastern standard time. The language is mainly English.
